Directions when arriving in Sorrento

With the Curreri Bus or Circumvesuviana Train from Naples, you can easly walk to Palazzo Tasso:

Walk down the road to Piazza Lauro, then turn left onto Corso Italia.
Keep on walking straight ahead and you will arrive in Piazza Tasso, the main square of Sorrento.
Always going ahead on the Corso Italia continue towards the Cathedral of Sorrento.
When you see the bell tower of the Cathedral turn left under the arch and then left again.
20 meters on the left you will find the entrance of Palazzo Tasso.

How to reach us

Airport

The Curreri shuttle bus runs from Capodichino Airport in Naples to Sorrento about every hour at the price of just 10 euro

Car

Take the Napoli-Salerno motorway and exit at Castellammare di Stabia, follow the directions to Penisola Sorrentina. When you arrive in Sorrento you will come to a junction, turn right onto Viale Nizza which will take you to Piazza Tasso, you will find the Blue Rooms just a few metres from the square. For the Green Rooms you have to go straight on Corso Italia,at the end of this street, turn on your left at the junction onto Via degli Aranci.The rooms are situated just on your right hand side.

Train

Once you arrive in central train station "Napoli Centrale", you need to take the Circumvesuviana train, the last stop is Sorrento. The trip is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes and the service is every 30- 40 minutes. At your arrive in Sorrento a bus will bring you in Tasso's sqaure, Palazzo Tasso is just few meters faraway.

Hydrofoil

Hydrofoils and ferry boats leave the harbour of Molo Beverello in Naples approximately every hour. The journey takes about 40 minutes. You can reach us with metro del marè from Naples.
