Relaxation and hospitality in Sorrento
Palazzo Tasso is a Relais, located right in the historical center of Sorrento, where style and art are associated with excellent services to make your vacation a memorable one. Completely renovated in August 2011, was one of the historic homes of one of the most famous and influential Italian poets of the sixteenth century (late renaissance): Torquato Tasso, to whom “Palazzo Tasso” is dedicated to, and also the main city square “Piazza Tasso”. He is also author of “La Gerusalemme Liberata” (1575) which depicts the First Crusade and the Crusaders siege of Jerusalem under the leadership of Godfrey of Boulogne, describing the clashes between Christians and Muslims.
Open all year round, Palazzo Tasso is located just a few minutes away from the major Sorrentine historic and cultural sites and, despite being right in the bustling center of the shopping area, it offers to guests the tranquility of soundproofed rooms.
