A caring welcome
Our reception is on hand to assist you from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.
We will welcome you with a smile and will accompany you at every stage of your stay.
We know every corner of Sorrento; we will give you advice on where to eat, what to see and how to get around.
Breakfast in the heart of Sorrento
Breakfast is served in the most exclusive place in the centre: Bar Fauno, in Piazza Tasso, around 200 metres from Palazzo Tasso.
An iconic location, extremely popular for its quality, courtesy and unique view over the liveliest square in the city.

Sweet and savoury options and coffee served to your table, plus newspapers to read: everything you need for a tasty start to the day.
Smart rooms, with everything you need
Every room has a private bathroom, air conditioning, TV, safe, minibar, Dyson hairdryer and Wi-Fi. All the rooms are no-smoking, designed with attention to detail and cleaned every day.
The access code to the main door and the individual rooms offer a smart experience without restrictions, even when reception is closed.
Discounted parking and luggage transportation
For guests arriving by car, we have a special agreement with an external car park, open from 6.30 a.m. to 11 p.m., at a cost of €25 per day.
A free shuttle service is operational from 8 a.m. to 8.30 p.m., stopping in the vicinity of Piazza Tasso.
We recommend booking a parking space in advance.
If you are travelling with heavy or extensive luggage, we can organise a porter service, available on request, for travel to and from Piazza Tasso, the station, the car park or the port.

We can provide you with exclusive services through our partnership with Hotel Eden Roc (which we own):
- Dedicated car parking in the centre of Positano
