What time is check-in and check-out?

Room check-in is usually guaranteed for 2 p.m. If you arrive in Sorrentino earlier, you can use our luggage deposit and explore the city in freedom. As the porter is operational until 11 p.m., if you are due to arrive any later, you will have to contact us in advance so that we can give you the necessary instructions.

Check-out is by 11 a.m. The luggage deposit is available for anyone who needs to stay in the area for longer.

Yes. For safety reasons, it is operational during reception hours, from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m.

The lift does not travel to the same floor as the rooms, and so guests will have to climb approximately 10 steps to reach the rooms.

We are located in an extremely exclusive pedestrian area. The closest area accessible by car is Piazza Tasso, which is just a 3-minute walk away.

Palazzo Tasso overlooks the main pedestrian street, Corso Italia, but is only accessible from a parallel street.

To facilitate your arrival in Piazza Tasso, we recommend you turn immediately left after Bar Fauno, onto Vicolo Santa Maria della Pietà, and continue for approximately 200 m.

We have an agreement with our partner garage, “Central Parking”, which is situated at no. 319, Corso Italia, open every day from 6.30 a.m. to 11 p.m. The daily cost for parking is EUR 25. They also offer a complementary shuttle service from 8 a.m. to 8.30 p.m. Booking is advisable.

The “Curreri” bus from Naples airport travels to Sorrento. It costs €13 per person. Visit the link below for further information:  https://www.curreriviaggi.it/it/.

Alternatively, you can contact us to organise private transportation.

You can reach Sorrento from Naples Central station with the “Circumvesuviana” train. https://www.eavsrl.it/.

Alternatively, we can organise private transportation.

We can organise private transportation at a cost of €140.00 for two people each way (a night-time supplement of 30% is applicable from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m.).

It is around 10 minutes by foot. From the station, we recommend turning left onto Corso Italia to Piazza Tasso.

Villa Comunale: around 5 minutes by foot, a small green oasis with a breathtaking terrace overlooking the coast and the gulf of Naples, from where you can enjoy the peace of Sorrento and a view of the most beautiful sunsets. Villa Comunale also has a convenient lift (there is a cost for use) that offers easy access to the beaches or the Marina Piccola port. We recommend visiting the Church of San Francesco and the Cloister, which are located right in front of the entrance to the Villa.

Marina Grande: this is our fishing village, a charming place and the set of many films, which is around 15 minutes by foot and where you can have lunch or dinner on the sea shore, enjoying excellent fresh fish.

Piazza Tasso: is the heart of Sorrentino life. The main square is an ideal starting point for a tour of the city and the historic centre, while behind is the ancient Vallone dei Mulini, the ruins of the valley where the mill was once constructed to draw on the power of the stream waters and mill grain.

The Cathedral of Saints Filippo and Giacomo and the Bell Tower are located just a few metres from Palazzo Tasso.

Via San Cesareo: a pleasant stroll through the old centre of Sorrento, surrounded by typical Sorrento souvenir shops (wood inlay workshops, Limoncello makers) and lots of Seventeenth and Eighteenth-century Baroque Napoleonic buildings.

Sorrento Walking Tour: a group excursion for walks to explore the beauty of the city with a local guide.

Lemon Tour: a visit to the lemon orchard and tasting of the best local products.

Amalfi Coast Tour: a visit to Positano, Amalfi and Ravello in a group tour leading from Sorrento. 8 hours immersed in the unique atmosphere of this iconic land.

Cooking Class: A 3.5-hour practical cooking course, plus an exploration of limoncello production, a tour of the gardens, aperitif and tasting.

Capri by Boat: a tour of Capri and Anacapri with access to the Grotta Azzurra. History, fun, a guided tour and breathtaking views, all in one.

Contact us for further information and for bookings.

We suggest taking the lift for the Villa Comunale of Sorrento, and then the first lane leading up on the left, “Via Padre Reginaldo Giuliani” (5 minutes by foot).

Otherwise, there are the B and C line minibuses, which go to the main square.

Yes, we can organise a luggage transportation service to/from Piazza Tasso, or to/from the arrival or departure quay, with the support of an external supplier. You can call us for further details.

There are various restaurants that we can recommend, according to the type of experience that you are looking for. Contact reception for the support you need.

The Regina Giovanna baths are located in Capo di Sorrento, around 45 minutes by foot. They can be reached by bus, direction Massa Lubrense, in approximately 10 minutes.
